The yearbook deadline for JHS Seniors to turn in their portraits is December 7th, so we are running a special to catch those last minute students who still need to get their portraits taken. For $25, we will take the basic yearbook portrait, plus one other look. Come in by November 18th, and we will be able to get your portrait back in time to turn in to the yearbook staff- heck, we’ll even do it for you!

Karen Anderson Designs is proud to host the checkpoint “Women in the Military” display for the “Veterans Remembered” - an event to honor those who have served our country by being in the military. There will be activities, speakers, presentations, and open events at many locations downtown. The event is sponsored by Jacksonville Main Street, and the Jacksonville Journal Courier, and will be the kick-off for fundraising to preserve the Soldiers and Sailors Monument on the square.
